Our Philosophy
Titi Spa was founded in 2016 by Titi Adeyemi, a certified wellness therapist trained in Lagos, Accra, and Cape Town.
Titi believed the city’s energy was beautiful but relentless — and that true rest required more than a break. It required intention. Every treatment at Titi Spa is designed with that in mind: unhurried, personalised, and grounded in the botanical heritage of West Africa.
Our therapists are certified professionals who undergo continuous training. We source our oils, clays, and herbal preparations from Nigerian and West African producers wherever possible.
